How does the 7 day trial work?

Choose a plan and add a card to start. You get every feature for 7 days, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

Can I bring my existing portfolio across?

Yes. Import properties, contacts, tenants, landlord links, tenancies, applicants, certificate dates, tasks and maintenance straight from a spreadsheet, using sample files to match your own columns. Anything that does not line up cleanly is held back for you to check rather than imported incorrectly.

What if Verixad reads a certificate wrong?

Nothing it reads becomes part of your record until someone on your team confirms it. You see what was read next to the file itself, you can correct any date first, and the original document stays attached.

When will I be reminded?

The account owner gets an email on the mornings something needs attention, such as a certificate about to expire or a task falling overdue, and nothing on quiet days, plus a summary of the week ahead every Monday. Colleagues switch on their own reminders in Settings, and each person can turn theirs on or off.

Which compliance documents does Verixad track?

Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, fire risk assessments, legionella and Right to Rent, alongside any document type you add yourself. You decide which ones each property must hold, including rules that apply only to HMOs.

Does it replace my lettings software?

It works beside it. If you run on spreadsheets, Verixad gives you the property, tenancy and certificate record you are missing. If you already use a lettings CRM, Verixad holds the compliance and repair work that otherwise lives in inboxes.

Is my agency's data safe, and can I take it with me?

Your agency has its own workspace, and each person on your team sees what their role allows. Records are stored in the EU and backed up every day, and deleted items stay recoverable for 60 days. You can export your records from Settings at any time.
